The pros of Zero to One

A product development studio founded by entrepreneurs.

Zetos (registered as THE PRODUCT COMPANY, SAS) is a French digital studio based in Neuilly-sur-Marne, in the Paris region. Founded in 2017 by Théo Pascard and Anthony, the studio designs, develops and launches custom digital products: websites, mobile apps, B2B SaaS and AI products.

Before Zetos, the team shipped its first software product in 2018 and has since delivered over 70 products in production in eight years. Today Zetos works with early-stage startups and enterprise clients alike (Goodyear, ENI, GEODIS, Telia Carrier via Meeriad), as well as B2B SaaS used by Spliiit, Asphalte, Theodo and Pappers.

The studio is accredited for the French Innovation Tax Credit (CII) by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, and a member of Station F, French Tech Émergence and Activateur France Num. 96% recommendation rate across 47 respondents to our 2024-2025 client NPS survey.

Three things set Zetos apart: fixed-price pricing with payment on validated delivery (no day rates, no scope creep), full code ownership transferred to the client from the first commit (no vendor lock-in), and an entrepreneur's lens — the founding team has raised capital for their own companies and challenges the product, not just the spec.

The story in short. Théo and Anthony met at engineering school in 2014. First software shipped to production in 2018, first joint company in 2017 under the THE PRODUCT COMPANY brand, rebranded as Zetos in 2023 to clarify our positioning as a product development studio. In 2024, the studio joined the French Tech Émergence cohort and earned the French Innovation Tax Credit (CII) accreditation by ministerial decree — a tax and technical audit certifying that the work we deliver qualifies as innovation under the French tax code (article 244 quater B II k), allowing our clients to claim back up to 20% of project costs.

What we actually do. Four practices under one roof: (1) custom product development — websites (React, Next.js, Webflow), mobile apps (Flutter, native iOS/Android), B2B SaaS, data dashboards. (2) AI-native products — RAG, vertical agents, function calling on Claude / GPT / Mistral, with observability (Langfuse, LangSmith) and production guardrails. (3) Market testing — interactive Figma mockups, MVPs in 4-6 weeks, scoping workshops at €995. (4) Entrepreneurial coaching — product strategy, fundraising prep, go-to-market — in parallel with or after the build.

For client work, we travel to central Paris on request and work remotely with founders outside Île-de-France (Lyon, Bordeaux, Brussels, Geneva, Montréal).
