Zetos

    MVP

Your MVP in 4 to 6 weeks.

Want to launch your site or app fast? Need a lightweight version of your product? Want maximum customer feedback with minimum effort?

    How it runs

    01 / 03

    Scoping

We define the essential features of the project, focusing on user journeys. UX/UI mock-ups proposed in Figma, with a final look visible from the first weeks.

    Development

Short sprint cycles to ship in weeks rather than months. Prioritisation done upfront to ensure critical features are included.

    Delivery

Test phases precede every release to enable feedback and quality assurance. Post-launch support and preparation of follow-up MVPs included.

    Delivery

    The offer designed for entrepreneurs

Three commitments that change everything when you're starting out.

    Custom project

No template: your product, your rules.

    Fixed-price

A firm price, set at signing. No drift.

    Payment on delivery

You only pay when the deliverable is validated.

    Our client successes

We build our own products. That's why we know how to build yours.

Our MVP is a working product in production, not a glorified demo. 4 to 6 weeks, fixed-price, paid on validated delivery. The goal is simple: validate market traction with real users who sign up, sometimes pay, and either come back or don't. We write clean code — TypeScript, tests, monitoring — because a successful MVP becomes a v1, not a throwaway. For: founders with a validated idea, intrapreneurs who need to prove a use case, product teams who want to iterate quickly.

    Typical use cases

    B2B SaaS MVP

Web app with auth, user base, core feature, Stripe payments, analytics dashboard. 4-6 weeks depending on scope.

    Marketplace MVP

Two-sided (suppliers/buyers), sign-up, profiles, matching, payments with commission. 6-8 weeks with tight scope.

    AI-first MVP

A product whose value is AI: agent, copilot, generator. Stack: Vercel AI SDK + Claude/GPT, eval set, observability from day one.

    Our method in brief

3 phases. (1) Scoping: we define together the 3 critical features (no more), the key user journey, the success metric. Figma wireframes + spec. (2) Development: 1-week sprints with demos, staging access from week 2, production access from week 3. (3) Delivery: deployment, training, monitoring plan for the first 30 days. Fixed-price, paid on delivery validated by you — not by us.

    Stack & technologies

Default stack to move fast: Next.js 15 + TypeScript + Tailwind + shadcn/ui on the front-end, Supabase (Postgres + Auth + Storage) or Convex on the back-end, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, PostHog for analytics, Vercel for hosting. If scope requires it: Node.js (NestJS), Python (FastAPI), mobile Flutter. CI/CD with GitHub Actions, monitoring with Sentry, from commit one.

// Median MVP delivered in 5 weeks, 70+ cumulative products since 2017, payment only on client validation

    Frequently asked questions

What if I want native mobile iOS/Android?+

Possible. We start with Flutter by default (1 codebase, 4-6 weeks), or React Native if you already have a React web app. Native Swift/Kotlin for MVPs that need OS-specific features (ARKit, widgets, heavy graphics) — timeline 8-10 weeks.

Is the code ours, or is there a licence?+

100% yours, from the first commit. A GitHub repo you own, admin access, full ownership transfer in the contract. No licence, no lock-in, no dependence on Zetos to evolve.

Do you take equity on top of or instead of cash?+

Not by default. Our model is cash fixed-price. For projects we particularly love, we can discuss a mix of discount + warrants or BSPCE — case by case, never as a replacement for the base payment.

    What happens after delivery?+

Three options: (a) you take over with your team (handover included), (b) we continue on maintenance/evolution at a monthly fixed-price, (c) we move to v1 building on the MVP's learnings. The choice is yours — the code is yours.
