Taking over an existing product is riskier than building a new one — and it's also our specialty. Three typical cases: (1) one-off audit because an investor is asking or because technical debt is slowing you down, (2) full rebuild because no-code has hit its limits, (3) team reinforcement to absorb a peak or build skills. In all cases, we start by reading the code and talking to your engineers before recommending anything. No rewrite for the sake of it.

Our method in brief
Three intervention modes depending on your need. Audit (1-2 weeks): we read the code, talk to your engineers, benchmark architecture and quality, and cost the work. Deliverable: a 30-60 page report with a costed roadmap. Rebuild/Migration (3-6 months): no-code exit or debt clean-up, in parallel with the live product, with progressive switch-over and no downtime. Support (variable duration): our engineers embedded in your team, your processes, your tools, your repo. We're there to hand off, not to settle in.

We work on what exists: Bubble, Webflow, Retool, Airtable on the no-code side. React, Vue, Angular, Next.js, Remix on the modern front-end. Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, Ruby on the back-end — we've seen and taken over pretty much everything. DB: Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis. Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure, Scaleway, OVH. For no-code → code migrations, the standard target stack is React + Node or Next.js + Postgres.

Can you take over Bubble / Webflow / no-code?+
Yes. We've moved several products out of Bubble into clean code. The method: functional audit to recover business rules, data migration, incremental build of a new back-end, progressive switch-over user-by-user or feature-by-feature. No service interruption.
If we have no in-house engineers, how do you work?+
Like a full outsourced team. We own the repo, deployment, production incidents, monitoring. You have a Zetos product owner as your single point of contact. If you want to hire internally later, we support recruiting and handover.
How much does a technical audit cost?+
Standard audit: €8-15k for 1-2 weeks, 30-60 page deliverable with a costed roadmap. In-depth audit (security, scalability, GDPR/SOC2 compliance): €20-40k for 3-4 weeks. The cost is often paid back by the savings the roadmap unlocks.
What if we only need to secure a critical production release?+
We run one-off missions of 1-4 weeks: pre-release code review, monitoring/alerting setup, security audit, performance optimisation. Fixed-price, no day rates, concrete deliverable at the end.
