Mon emploi direct
The digital solution that connects 3.4 million private employers and their domestic employees.
About the project
Mon emploi direct is the digital platform developed for FEPEM (the French Federation of Private Employers). It digitalises the practices of 3.4 million private employers and 1.2 million domestic employees.
The project consisted of designing and developing three complementary surfaces: a consumer mobile app, a web app and an administrator back-office, each addressing the specific needs of its users.

Our favorite features
Job ad publishing
A module lets users easily post ads for services like home tutoring. The interface was designed to simplify the creation, management and tracking of applications.

Back-office dashboard
A dashboard lets administrators oversee the entire activity: ad volume, users and engagement. This feature provides a global view and supports strategic decision-making for the platform.

Conception
FEPEM didn't come with a classic product brief. They came with 3.4 million private employers, 1.2 million domestic employees and very heterogeneous practices to digitalise from end to end.
Zetos translated that reality into three distinct surfaces — a consumer mobile app, a web app and an administrator back-office — each with its own journey logic, accessibility constraints and user profiles.

Design
Designing for such a varied audience leaves no room for shortcuts. The mockups were produced on Figma with particular attention to mobile accessibility and readability for less tech-savvy users.
Three successive design validation phases punctuated the project — Dream App, main application, back-office tools — with final sign-off in December 2025 before entering production.

Development
Delivering three surfaces simultaneously on a tight schedule is the kind of challenge that tests an architecture's solidity. Zetos developed the entire product on a robust multi-platform base, validated by a UAT phase in February 2026.
The solution went live in March 2026, within the timelines agreed at the start of the project.

Technologies used
The Mon emploi direct ecosystem is built on Flutter for a unified mobile and web experience, a Java backend, PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch for data, Redis for performance, all hosted on AWS.
