About the project
Meeriad is a holistic workplace mental health solution. The platform gives every employee access to personalised journeys (yoga, pilates, meditations, podcasts) and to a network of psychologists available by video call and chat — 10 years of experience on average, with 40% also certified coaches.
On the HR side, an analytics dashboard measures collective well-being without betraying individual anonymity, and prevention workshops train managers in the early detection of psychosocial risks. Clients like ENI, GEODIS and Telia Carrier use it day to day.

The administrator dashboard
Connected live to the mobile and web app, it makes it easy to track platform usage. The cherry on top: it lets you interact with users through events and surveys.
Connection with practitioners
Whenever a user feels the need, they can easily book an appointment with a practitioner for a video consultation. It's 100% confidential. On the practitioner side, Meeriad simplifies the organisation and follow-up of every patient.
Conception
Dynamic collaboration and design-thinking workshops to define the essential features. Specifications and technical requirements were defined for the first version of the product. Concept validation through individual interviews using mockups built in Figma.
Design
Graphic design of the visual identity and creation of the complete mockups of the application, still on Figma to allow back-and-forth, leaning on the initial mockups.
Development
Development in bi-weekly cycles to ensure project tracking and progress. Test phases in a pre-production environment, then production deployment after cycle validation. Demos and acceptance testing with the client to ensure an optimal result.
Technologies used
The Meeriad backend runs on PHP + MySQL. The mobile app uses an AWS Cloud architecture for maximum modularity and availability.
