Notadoo includes an appointment management system that makes it easy to organize the office calendar and follow up on client meetings.
Conception
Starting from the realities of notarial practice means accepting a level of complexity that few digital tools face head-on: interlinked case files, strict regulatory deadlines, and exchanges between colleagues mixed in with client interactions.
The first workshops served to map out these real flows before touching a single mockup. The objective was clear: enable a notary to find, update and share the status of a case file in less time than it takes to open a binder.
Design
Zetos designed the entire mobile and web experience for the platform. The challenge: design dense interfaces without overloading the experience, for users who juggle dozens of active files at the same time.
The design system adopts a sober professional register where typography and information hierarchy do the work, without visual ornamentation.
Research & Prototyping
A functional prototype was put in users' hands before any technical decision was made. It simulated the three critical journeys: consultation of an ongoing case, scheduling an appointment and sending an internal message.
Feedback directly reshaped the architecture of the application, avoiding several costly design mistakes downstream.
