AI interview simulator
A tool lets users practise interviews with an AI. The simulator reproduces conditions close to the real thing and delivers relevant feedback to improve performance.
Cover letter generation
A feature generates personalised cover letters from a job offer or profile. It saves users time while improving the quality and relevance of their applications.
Conception
Improving one's chances of being hired is a very real need but one rarely served well by existing tools.
The design phase set out to make abstract AI mechanisms — CV analysis, cover letter scoring, interview simulation — concrete by turning them into guided, progressive and non-anxiety-inducing user journeys for students and recent graduates under pressure.
Design
The design process was built around ongoing co-creation with the client, with direct access to the Figma mockups at every iteration.
That transparency changed the nature of the exchanges: less formal validation, more rapid adjustments based on what we were seeing together. The result is an interface that faithfully reflects the original product vision, without compromises accumulated along the way.
Development
Zetos owned the entire stack: from the AI feedback engine through to the final user interface.
The architecture was designed to support document analysis, real-time interview simulation and progress-tracking tools simultaneously, without any one of these layers penalising the others in terms of performance.
Technologies used
The Patch app is built with React and FastAPI (Python), using PostgreSQL and Redis for performance, all hosted on AWS.
