Announcements and updates
Thanks to digitalisation, various updates and announcements are easily transmitted to the teams. Text and video formats are supported to enable effective communication.
On the admin side, announcements can be easily configured and scheduled in advance to save time.
Three-way management
The company has to synchronise data from three sources: agents, warehouses and clients. The platform now makes this possible, with a minimal error rate in data tracking. The status of industrial sites is continuously updated.
Composite index
The platform automatically tracks and surfaces a composite index to assess execution quality on each contract. This index has become a monthly KPI for tracking the company's activity.
Conception
The design phase focused on two major aspects:
- How do you digitalise very traditional logistics services and warehouses?
- How do you integrate the concept of big data and create value with logistics data?
Internal working groups were organised to assess the feasibility and value brought by this new platform.
Design
The design phase focused on the user platform for agents and the data tracking admin tool for management.
Substantial workflow work was also done to ensure the platform would work with the workflows already embedded in the company — including the ERP.
Development
Development in bi-weekly cycles to ensure project tracking and progress. Test phases in a pre-production environment, then production deployment after cycle validation. Demos and acceptance testing with the client to ensure an optimal result. The total project duration was 12 months.

The technical stack is based on WX Jscript, Java, MySQL and Redis, hosted on Tencent Cloud.
