    CS Consulting is a consulting firm managing more than 8,000 clients. The sales team is made up of nearly 1,000 colleagues based across 30 cities.

    Every year, CS runs 200 sales conferences and training sessions to develop its teams.

    About the project

    How do you effectively manage these conferences? How do you track sales performance and client satisfaction scores year-round?

    The project aims to grow participation in these sales conferences, increase sales and track the conversion rate.

    Registration is also easier — both for attendees and organisers. They can also collect feedback after every event via the platform.

    Evaluation & reporting

    Sales performance and client relationship were a key criterion of the project. The app continuously rates attendees, so the company can target the salespeople who need specific training.

    The other way around, it lets salespeople rate the quality of the training they receive, in a continuous-improvement loop.

    Conception

    From the design phase, the specifications integrated the platform's main building blocks:

    Design

    As with any digitalisation process, the goal was to create a new interface and new usage patterns. The UI/UX team proposed designs based on the habits of CS Consulting's teams. Focus-group sessions were organised to help select the final design.

    Development

    Integration of the vision developed during the design phase by running two-week development SPRINTs, with client demos and acceptance testing with the coordinator — ensuring an optimal result. The total project duration was 3 months.
